Behind the Scenes-Miss Mischief

Recently I had the great opportunity to work with one of my favorite models and good friend Miss Mischief. She and I have worked before and have talked about collaborating on a number of up coming projects she has. She contacted me in early December about shooting her in some Mother of London clothing. Mother of London is out of this world alternative fashion. I thought to myself how could I not work with such a talented model and an amazing clothing designer?

I have never really shot in a studio and I don’t know much about lighting except working with natural lighting. So this opportunity was a huge one for myself and my work. I had to overcome my stubbornness with just working with natural lighting and embrace studio lighting. The experience was definitely educational and I learned a lot from the other photographers that were there as well.

Studio shot. By far the biggest umbrella I have ever seen. It was like 10 feet wide.

The overall experience was memorable and I enjoyed every minute of it.

A big thank you goes to HeadsWillRoll for the amazing hair and make up, SMP Photography and the guys over at PositiveNegatives Studio or helping me out and letting me use their amazing glass, that 14mm was insane, and of course Miss Mischief for the opportunity to work with her again with such an amazing clothing designer.
